Wow, we are into our Third Trimester and SPRING!!! 
THIRD TRIMESTER PROGRESS REPORTS WENT OUT THIS WEEK. (4/27).

This Tuesday , 5/1 -  is our Chapter 15 Test
on the Human Digestive System
 and essays have been given

ESSAYS:

1. What is the difference between Chemical and Mechanical Digestion.
Give an example of each. 


2.  Discuss any 4 important nutrients (there are more) and how they affect the Human Body System. 


We have reviewed the Study Guide pages for accuracy and practiced on the online Study Guide (PHSchool.com /Code: cha-3150).

There is also a vocabulary Quizlet for Ch.15.

FINALS ARE SCHEDULED FOR THE SECOND WEEK IN JUNE.
TOPICS INCLUDE THE HUMAN BODY:
CH. 14 - BONES, MUSCLES, AND SKIN
CH. 15 - DIGESTIVE SYSTEM
CH. 16 - CIRCULATORY SYSTEM
CH. 17 - RESPIRATION & EXCRETION
IN ADDITION TO OUR STUDY GUIDE BOOK AND QUIZLETS, ESSAYS WILL BE ASSIGNED

This year our focus is on Life Science and we will be exploring ALL forms of living organisms including cells, viruses, bacteria, protists, fungi, plants, and animals!

We will be meeting daily and homework will be given on this page. However, it is very important that students also put all assignments in their planners in order to organize the books and supplies they need to take home each day.

There will be a week's notice prior to each test and they will be listed on this page.
There should be no weekend homework other than long-range projects and studying for tests.

There will be extra help for seventh grade on Tuesday mornings beginning at 8:10 A.M.
